Whats ruby-fcgi?

FastCGI is a language independent, scalable, open extension to CGI that provides high performance without the limitations of server specific APIs.

Bugs&Patches

• (fixed in 0.8.6) Memleak on 16k+/request - described in enigo, and Debian BTS#301658
• (fixed in 0.8.6) Potential DoS in C version - reported in comp.lang.ruby, and Debian BTS#292511
• Minero Aoki wrote another pure ruby version. (newest version in Bitchannel CVS repository)
